Information on the Processing of Personal data

The Administrator of your Personal Data is the Coaching Teaching & Translations for Business Limited, 40 Tooting High Street London SW17 0RG, England, incorporated into the registry of entrepreneurs kept by Companies House for England and Wales under Number: 11377269, UTR GB 6266915222, hereinafter referred to as document “Administrator” or “Company”.

Inquiries or requests related to the processing of personal data by the Administrator should be addressed as provided below:

The candidate decides on the scope of data provided in the CV and attached documents. Providing data is voluntary and means consent to their processing for recruitment purposes.

The candidate’s personal data shall be processed for the purposes of recruitment processes in the scope of consent granted by the Candidate. Consent to participate in the Administrator’s recruitment prcesses and to further processing the candidate’s personal data for this purpose is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time. In order to resign from participation in the recruitment, please send the appropriate statement using the contact details provided above. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data of the candidate before his withdrawal of consent.



Recruitment data is also processed for the purpose of statistics and control of recruitment processes and for archival purposes. The administrator undertakes these activities due to legal obligations arising from the provisions of labuor law and the General Data Protection Regulation dated 27 April 2016, in particular with the view to prevent discrimination and ensure the proper conduct of recruitment processes.

The data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes set out above. The CV and other available documents will be deleted within 3 years of delivery, and the data for the purposes of statistics and control of recruitment processes and for archival purposes will be processed for an indefinite period, but no longer than for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery of the data by the Candidate.



Pursuant to the provisions of the GDPR, a person whose personal data is processed has the right: to access the data; to rectify the data; delete the data; to restric on data processing; to transfer the data; to express the objection (when the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator); to withdraw the consent (when the basis for processing is consent).

Since May 25th, 2018, the person whose data is processed, has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body if the person thinks that the processing of personal data on this person violates the provisions of the GDPR.



The data of candidates may be made available to entities with which the Administrator undertakes cooperation to the extent necessary to support the Company’s operations, including service providers in the field of conducting and promoting recruitment, legal and HR advisors.

The data provided by the candidate may be processed in order to profile and match the application of the candidate to current job offers, taking into account the requirements for a specific position, indicated preferences, education and professional experience. However, the data provided is not processed for automated decision making.
